Social Media Manager Contract

Dear Regina, 

We are pleased to extend your offer for the position of Social Media Manager with DreamArt Photography starting on January 7th, 2025 for a period of 6 months.


Your Missions

1. Content & Creative Magic

-> Select the best of the best: Curate top-tier content that embodies DreamArt’s luxury vibe for our three Instagram accounts and TikTok.
-> Plan and execute: Schedule posts and Reels that align with our aesthetic and brand voice, ensuring a seamless content flow.
-> Storytelling in action: Post engaging stories on all accounts that captivate and inspire keeping our audience excited daily and boosting engagement. Assist Artistic Direction with Lives and find new ways to excite our audiences.

2. Bookings Booster

->Turn chats into bookings: Hit up potential clients through social platforms, turning conversations into bookings.
-> Boost engagement: Find innovative ways to increase bookings and drive interest in our luxury photography services.
-> Analyze and optimize: Track performance to ensure strategies are delivering results and adjust as needed.

3. Instagram Broadcast Channels

-> Kick things off: Launch engaging Instagram broadcast channels focused on Travel & Insider Tips, Photography, and Weddings.
-> Serve the good stuff: Share exclusive content, insider tips, and captivating visuals to build a loyal and inspired community. Keep followers hooked with regular updates, interactive content, and BTS tailored to each channel’s theme.

4. Production & Collaboration Pro

-> Run the show: Lead or assist in shoots for Reels and Artistic Direction, ensuring every detail reflects DreamArt’s high-end aesthetic. -> Scout talent: Work with models, influencers, and creatives to bring fresh, stylish energy to our productions. -> Build partnerships: Collaborate with brands and hotels to develop promotions that elevate DreamArt’s reach and reputation. Promote DreamArt wherever you go and attract new hotel partnerships.

In general

-> Team up with the Marketing Director to achieve DreamArt’s marketing goals. -> Collaborate with fellow DreamTeam members and departments to ensure success. -> Maintain a polished, professional look and follow uniform guidelines during weekly hotel visits. -> Bring your energy and proactive ideas to weekly meetings – your input matters! -> Stay connected with the DreamTeam by working primarily on a schedule that aligns with Mexican hours to ensure smooth collaboration. Join us at the office at least once a week and stay active and engaged on Slack.


Conditions

Please review this summary of terms and conditions with us:

Working hours: full-time, results-based. Base Salary: 30,000 MXN per month. Career growth: Opportunity to change job title to 'Marketing Manager' after 2 months following 1 week of internal training. Raise opportunity after 6 months.
Vacations: 2 weeks of paid time off to recharge, after 1 year (with the exception of 1 week as previously agreed.)
Location: Enjoy the flexibility of working remotely, with one mandatory in-office day per week inPlaya del Carmen.

Reproduction rights : Using the company’s photos, videos, or any other materials on any printed or digital platform without written authorization from DreamArt is strictly prohibited.
